The first production run of the radical Factor Vis Vires frame have gone on sale.
Norfolk-based Factor are selling the first 100 Vis Vires frames equipped with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 through their recently opened web shop. Each of the 100 frames carries a top tube decal
We found that the exotic frame design delivered impeccably balanced handling and extraordinary rigidity. It is the first production frame to come from the company, which was set up in 2007 and built the Factor001, a masterpiece of telemetric integration.
Managing Director of Factor Bikes, John Bailey, said: "A lot of hard work has been put into creating the world's most advanced road bike and we are extremely happy it is now available for a lucky few to own a special piece of cycling history.”
Two builds options on the Vis Vires are available: a standard Di2 equipped bike costing £7,999 and one fitted with Factor's own Power Cranks for £9,999.
BikeRadar will review a Shimano Ultegra Di2-equipped version of the frame shortly.
