Every man and his dog seem to have been uploading new cycling videos and teasers for the latest bike movies this month, so here's a quick round-up.
'Lifecycles' teaser
Lifecycles is the hotly-anticipated new movie from renowned mountain bike photographer Derek Frankowski and celebrated filmmaker Ryan Gibb. Shot entirely in HD and designed to be shown on the big screen in high definition and 5.1 surround sound, it follows the life of the bicycle from its creation through to its ultimate demise.
The film features some of North America's top freeriders – Graham Agassiz, Mike Hopkins, Matt Hunter, Cam McCaul, Riley McIntosh, Evan Schwartz, Brandon Semenuk and Thomas Vanderham – in some stunning locations, and has been likened to "National Geographic meets The Collective". You can check out the trailer below:

Guy on a fixie going up and down Stelvio
At the other end of the cycling spectrum is the clip below, which shows Patrick Seabase climbing Italy's famous Stelvio Pass and then bombing back down – on a fixed gear bike. Filmed by Renaud Skyronka, it shows just what's possible on even the most basic of bikes – as long as you've got the willpower. On his website, Patrick writes: "It was an outstanding experience, mentally and physically. Enjoy the edit."
