Adidas have created a range of cycling T-shirts, tops and a jacket inspired by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The '26' range – named after the number of sports included in the summer Olympics – is aimed at recreational riders and commuters.

The £80 high-vis jacket uses Adidas’s ClimaProof Rain technology to keep the elements at bay, has reflective piping, a rear pocket and packable hood.

The £36 three-quarter zip cycling top has a slim fit and is made from ClimaCool fabric. There’s a back pocket for small items and it's available in men’s or women’s sizes.

With a more comfortable and casual fit, the ‘26’ T-shirt is also made using ClimaLite fast-wicking fabric and is available in men’s and women’s sizes. RRP is £24.

The new kit will be available online at adidas.com and at a number of retail outlets across the UK including Adidas stores, Sweatshop, Harrods, Sports Direct, John Lewis, JJB and JD Sports.
